Masterclass Training, 15th & 16th of June 2023:




The Intention of this Training Workshop is to deepen our understanding of basic principles of Transformation-Oriented Systemic Constellation Work.

Being aware that Learning, Healing and Evolving is one movement, participants have the opportunity to present personal and professional issues and questions. We will address them by using systemic thinking, constellations and transparent communication in order to release our potential for personal and professional growth.

In order to provide deep processes of learning, please understand that this workshop is only for constellation facilitators and therapists with advanced experience in systemic constellation work.

In this Master Class, you will get to know Stephan, the way he works, the way he looks at and approaches the Constellations, the theoretical elements, the practical exercises, and you can experience the Constellations that he will work with the participants. With his integrity, sharp observing and direct way of working, Stephan creates a safe environment where transformation can take place. Stephan Hausner aims to provide a view of the healing potential of systemic constellations, revealing how existing illnesses are rooted within the family dynamic, and setting up healing postures to facilitate growth and direction. A learning practice for who we are as facilitator, coach or trainer, learning letting go and being less helpful.

⫸“EVEN IF IT COSTS ME MY LIFE” – Systemic Constellations in the field of Health and Systemic perspective on illness and health

Family constellations work has broadened and developed in many different fields as a method of counseling and therapy. In addition to constellations in organizations and schools, applying this approach to working with illness and disease has expanded the potential for healing effects in the field of medicine as well. A view of transgenerational entanglements and family dynamics casts a new light on health and disease, and the insights gained from constellations with illness and health problems have led to a more holistic view of those who are ill. The focus is on how a movement unfolds towards the healing potential within the client or even the group.

In this 2-day workshop, open for all, Stephan Hausner aims to provide a picture of the healing potential of systemic constellations, entering into the reciprocal effects of family dynamics and illness. Extensive use of case studies demonstrates this technique in action, revealing how existing illnesses and pathologies are rooted within the family dynamic, and setting up healing postures to facilitate growth, development, and direction.

This workshop of systemic constellations led by Stephan Hausner is designed for people who want to maintain healthy relations with themselves, their bodies, their families and colleagues, within their teams and society. Anyone curious to explore and experience the whole concept of “health” using systemic constellations is welcome.

We are exposed to our environment. Stephan Hausner considers health as our ability to respond to it. Often, we are overwhelmed by what is there to digest. This leads to disconnection, separation and fragmentation. We break apart from others and from ourselves. The healing movement is to reconnect, to restore the relation.

As a participant, you are invited to bring your questions related to both personal and professional issues, health issues included. You will have the opportunity to explore and share them in a group setting expertly held by Stephan.

2. Regular price after 15th May – 240 EUR
 

• Participation in both events:

1. Early bird – 400 еuros (with a paid deposit of 100 euros until 15th May 2023)

2. Regular price – 460 euros

 

• Cancellation policy:

1. If you wish to cancel until 15 May 2023 г., 50% of your deposit will be held, equivalent to 50 euros. The rest of the deposit will be transferred back to your account.

2. If you wish to cancel after 15 May 2023 г. until 1 June 2023 г., your full deposit will be held, or the equivalent of 100 euros. The rest of the amount, if you paid in full, can be transferred back to your account.

3. If you wish to cancel after 1st June and after the beginning of the workshop, the whole amount is non-refundable.
