This advanced training aims to deepen our understanding of the core principles of the transformation-oriented approach within the Business Constellations method. Jan Jacob Stam has extensive experience working with the systemic phenomenological approach in teams and organizations, as well as in organizational constellations.
In this masterclass, participants will have the opportunity to engage with Jan Jacob Stam, explore his unique approach, understand how he perceives and applies constellations, and gain insights through theoretical elements, practical exercises, and Q&A sessions. They will also have the chance to observe constellations in action, share their experiences, diagnose professional cases from their own practice, and explore their relationship with the organizations they serve.
Key topics of the masterclass:
• How organizational systems differ from family systems
• How to set up different elements in organizational constellations
• Working with teams and facilitating team constellations
• Various types of constellations, e.g., Diagnostics, Scenario, Consultation, etc.
• Case demonstrations with participant involvement and reflection
• The mindset of an organizational constellator
Since we have only one day, the focus will be on participant contributions and needs, alongside the core topics listed above.
Language: The training is conducted in English with simultaneous translation into Bulgarian.
To ensure a deep learning process, please note that this training is open only to facilitators of family constellations, students of the method, and therapists with a solid understanding of systemic family therapy.
